Inclusive Practice Solutions is a specialist consultancy helping organisations build legally robust, high-performing, and genuinely inclusive workplaces through strategic advice, leadership development, and practical organisational change.
Most providers deliver awareness sessions. We help organisations change systems, leadership practice, and workplace culture so inclusion becomes measurable, sustainable, and legally robust.
We started Inclusive Practice Solutions because we kept seeing the same gap: between what organisations said about inclusion and what staff, pupils, and employees actually experienced day to day. Closing that gap is difficult, unglamorous work. It needs strategic thinking, honest assessment, and the discipline to measure whether anything has really shifted. That is the work we do.
We work across two worlds — employers and councils and education providers — because the principle is the same in both. Whether it’s a council navigating a restructure or a school preparing for inspection, inclusion succeeds or fails in the hands of the people on the ground: the line manager, the teacher, the leader having a difficult conversation. Our job is to equip them, and then to prove it worked.
If we cannot measure it, we are cautious about claiming it. Every engagement starts with a baseline and ends with a return visit — because the people we serve deserve proof that things are getting better, not just promises.
Policies matter, but they are not the point. We focus on what people actually do differently afterwards — because the learner in the classroom and the employee at their desk experience practice, not policy.
We will tell you what is working and what is not, even when it is not what you hoped to hear. If we are not the right fit for your need, we will say so.
Britanny brings over a decade of senior leadership experience across SEND, inclusion, organisational improvement, and strategic consultancy. She has led inclusive practice across further education, local authorities, and complex multi-agency environments — not as a trainer parachuted in for a day, but as the person responsible for making it work.
Her career has included managing high-risk and complex SEND cases, leading organisational restructures, implementing reasonable adjustments at scale, advising on governance and compliance, and directly supporting hundreds of learners and employees with additional needs.
Her expertise spans:
• Neuroinclusion & disability confidence
• Workplace adjustments & Equality Act
• Inclusive leadership development
• Grievance & employment risk reduction
• SEND strategy & education consultancy
• Quality improvement & governance
• Psychological safety & culture change
• Inclusive recruitment & retention
“People don’t hire me for a training day. They hire me because their current approach isn’t working, and they need someone who’s been in their shoes to help them fix it.”
“I started this work because I’ve sat across the table from families who’ve been failed by systems that meant well but didn’t follow through. That’s what drives everything we do — making sure inclusion isn’t just a promise, it’s what people actually experience.”
Every programme we deliver is built on the same backbone: assess the baseline, design something bespoke, embed it properly, then return to measure the difference. It is what turns a one-off workshop into lasting change — and what gives your leadership the evidence they need to show governors, boards, and scrutiny committees.
